When ever I finish masturbating the head of my penis gets cold. Does this happen because of my small penis head?

If you think everything is fine then maybe there is no cause for worry. Watch it for a few days and see how it goes.

One reason I can think off is that when you are masturbating, a lot of fresh oxygen rich blood flows into the Penis. Once you ejaculate, all the excess blood flows out of the penis within a few seconds, back into other places/parts of the body. So, a loss of blood at a high rate would lead to a slight drop in temperature. This loss in temperature can last upto a few minutes untill the body sets it right.

I just edged for about 30 minutes and blew a good load. I noticed the glan gets a little cold soon after.
