Well thats me In trouble I drink about 7/8 strong cups of coffee a day, but I do get good EQ.

I think it depends. Too much coffee isn’t good for the body, but if you have low blood pressure, craving more coffee will come naturally.

I’ve noticed my flaccid is a lot smaller when drinking a lot of coffee compared to when I drink less or none at all. Trying to cut back on my coffee intake and I’m down to two cups a day. Had to switch to bigger cups but hey I’m trying.

Drinking coffee may not be a terrible thing. It really depends on how much intake in a day and what you do besides coffee.

Some folks drink coffee but also exercise regularly and eat healthy. So I won’t say that coffee will affect EQ.

If a person eats poorly and doesn’t exercise, drinking excessive amount of coffee (to stay alert in the wrong way) may have more impact on EQ. But EQ problem may be attributed to overall poor diet and body circulation from lack of exercise (and too much sitting in the office!).

Exercise. Walk 30 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. YOUR BODY WILL “THANK YOU”.

Not only will you notice a change in blood pressure, but also a better mental functioning. Aerobic exercise will increase heart pumping, creating better overall circulation that will improve your overall neurology (more oxygen to the brain). Exercise also acts as buffer to your stress response. Less stress, less cortisol, better brain functioning as excessive cortisol affects hippocampus functioning which leads to poor memory. When you can’t remember efficiently and effectively your learning suffers.

Coffee is a vasoconstrictor, it constricts the blood vessels veins and arteries of the body. Therefore, the erection or hinders the relaxation of the penis.
I avoided the most of anything with caffeine (Coke), now finally stopped, it gains a lot!

Sorry for my English, I’m learn.

I drink coffee everyday, around 400ml or 13oz/day. I didn’t notice any change on my unit’s size, or EQ.

Although, I’ll stop drinking it for two weeks and report if I get any difference/change.
