Cock rings to jelq?

If you have a hard time maintaining a decent erection during jelqing, can a cock ring be added to assist?

My gut tells me that’s a really bad idea. My penis is too frightened to comment.

I agree with WhatSheSaid - this sounds like an injury waiting to happen.

Just take it off every 10 minutes or so to let some fresh blood in and the trapped blood out.

Anyone has actually tried it? I’m also having a hard time getting/keeping an erection. Right now I can’ t jelq much, so I usually do manual stretches for 40-60 minutes a day. Split to 3 sessions of 20 minutes throughout the day. I’m hitting the gym, hopefully in a few months I’ll be able to keep an erection; after I lose a few pounds. Well a lot of pounds :)

I do it ocassionally. But make sure your dick is properly warmed up (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT) and be gentle with the jelqs since you’ve got your willie pretty full already. I think your dick needs at least 6months to a year of regular pe before attempting this. If done with properly, it’s a sweet workout.

I’d rather spend a little time now and then regaining my erection (I usually “work it up” to the proper erection level every 3-5 minutes when jelqing depending on a variety of factors). Also, if you have a cock ring on you can’t jelq all the way from the base so you’ll be moving slightly less blood making for a slightly less effective stroke.
