Cock Ring

Would wearing a cock ring all day give me any gains? If so how tight should it be?

Hey ronnie, how goes it? There are some really good threads about wearing cock rings all day, but I just don’t remember the titles, but if you do a search, you find some good stuff. I have read that it is not recommended to wear them for more than 2 hours, but I have also read that some here wear them for many hours. I tried it a couple times and my unit looked like a water balloon for a couple days. Cock rings for numerous hours will build up lymphatic liquid, therefor you get the balloon effect. I personally feel it does nothing for gains, but that is just me.
