An increase in flaccid length is a Positive sign. Your EL just hasn’t caught up yet. Give it time. And using your cock ring while having sex wont have anything to do with your PE.

What kind of stretching device are you using?

It’s a homemade device found on the net. Don’t know what it’s called. It holds my unit between two cushioned rods and the stretching is done using rubber bands attached to the rods. Not a heavy pull but just keeps it tight.

Not sure if cock ring during sex will help unless you have sex a lot =). I do a clamp with cock ring 3 X 10 minutes 2 days in a week. But well, if I add the cock ring while having sex, I would get about another two sets of clamping. So probably, it would help.
