Cock Ring: How to

That pretty much sums up my question. I can definite see how a ring could turn a good healthy screw into a PE girth exercise. I like the thought of *that*, but how the hell do they work? How do you size them, put them on, take them off, and etc.etc.etc. Could you use one as in clamping as a part of your PE’ing? Any info appreciated.

Thanks gprent: seems like whenever a newbie asks a question around here he gets hit smack in the face with a *ton* of info. Finitely a good thing though. So.am I to take from this that cock rings (aside from being fun sex junk which may also be worn to increase the flaccid bulge in your jeans) are basically used in PE *after* your routine, when you’ve gotten totally hard, and for the purpose of keeping the maximum stretch for the maximum time? Any *results* that speak to this? Good gainers who swear by this technique?

I doubt I ever gained any permanent erect length/girth using cockrings. Sure, much thicker while with a shaft ring on an erection. But my flaccid size did increase significantly after wearing an ACE/TheraP wrap around cock and balls after every workout. Took a lot of time to happen, but it worked.
