To maintain BPEL during intercourse? :S Never heard that one before. As far as I know cockrings keep more blood inside of the penis, thus making the penis look more veiny and/or getting a bigger EG(both of these to apply to myself when wearing one). As for as discreet, well let’s just say that she will notice. Unless of course you have a penis ring made to feel like the real thing, then she will likely think it’s just something weird at the base of your penis. Frankly I think the last scenario is worse.

why do you need it to be discrete? Use it as a way to introduce toys into your relationship.
