Hi guys, great forum you guys got here, I started hanging about 2 weeks ago, and I have a few comments on my routine to help me along the way and have a few question, if I can get some help on.

All that I’m doing now is hanging 5lb, 20 min sets, as much as I can a week, sometimes 2+ hours a day, at least 5 times a week, and I’m not good on the PE terms, but I hanging BTC, it seems to be the most comfortable, using my captain wrench device :) . I was wondering if I should also start to hang in other positions now, or wait until I start to see gains from my current routine, some of the other position I know are over left/right leg, and a upside-down hanging, though I haven’t figured out how I would do that yet…probably have to do something to my desk, any ideas? I was thinking about a hook of some sort, I’m far from creative.

Also I also own a power jelq device, only use now I have for it is in between hanging sessions, also wondering if I should hold off on jelqing since I read alot of people says its easier to gain length first then go for girth.

And also 1 last question is, sometimes I can hang 5lb for a few sets, then it becomes a little uncomfortable so I move it down to a 3lb, and do some more sets, do you think I should stay on 5lb or its ok to pyramid the wieght, kinda like body building.

I would have posted this in the hangers forum but it won’t let me, also I’m on 28k speed dial up so it takes a while to search through all this, I think I have got my stuff figured out, but I’m still very new to this so any advice would help along.

I’m 5.5” by 4.75” hoping to get as much as I can out of my little guy, maybe 9”x6”….I can only wish at the moment :( . Thanks guys

Read up on LOT, this will help you with determining which angles you need to hit.

Correct, light jelqing is cool. To replenish your weiner with oxygenated blood-good thing. But it’s true, it’s easier to stretch a thin string than a thick one. Length first, then go for girth -that is if you seek both.

Pay attention to what “petey” is telling you. If it begins to hurt/ache/ get cold or go numb. Get out of the hanger, and massage some blood in there. Drop down on the weight and try again. Some days, I start at 17.5 lb. and gradually work my way down to 10 lb. to finish my daily sessions. Some days
I can’t start with 17.5, so I find the most I can handle to start with and then pay close attention during each set to what my unit is telling me.

Read, read and then read some more. With all of the collective knowledge here, you will be able to determine what works best for you-to the road to a bigger dick.

BTW, I run 28k when I’m at home as well. Patience is a virtue,you will learn to accept that if you want to suceed at PE. Gains take time, but are well worth it-mentally and physically.

Thanks for the help tryin4more, yeah I switching over to cable so hopefully I can browse the forums easier. I’m go read up on LOT asap and see what I can find. If you dont mind me asking how loing did it take you to get up to 17.5lbs?? I havent had to increase weight, but I’m trying to learn about what signs to look for so I can know when to add weight. It took probably 1 1/2 to 2 mos. for me to condition my dick to take that kind of weight. Now keep in mind, big numbers sound cool-get that out of your mind. What your are trying to do, is fatigue the tissue. Then keep it in a fatigued state, in essence length is achieved by stretching the tissue. The tissue, in theory will create a memory after it heals. My routine starts with usually 10 to 12.5 lbs. - maybe 10 min into the set I add weight in 2.5 lb. increments. Paying close attention to the feeling I get in my dick. When you are stretching the inner tissue, you will know. It doesn’t feel anything like when you are stretching skin. Skin pull is more of a sting, as opposed to a deep burn you feel from the ligs. If you are just getting into hanging, I can’t stress how important it is to go slow-as to not injure yourself. You get one penis in life, and your’e trying to enhance length/ girth. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself. How fucked up would it be, to want a bigger dong for whatever reason- and to break it beyond usefullness. Listen to your body, it will tell you when you can add weight as well as when you need to lower the weight. Towards the end of your routine, more than likely you will have to go down in weight-this is good-it means you are stretching the shit out of your dick. And it’s telling you, “Whoa partner, Rome wasn’t built in a day”. Less is more sometimes.

My current routine
A.M.
2-15 min sets SD of not more than 17.5
and not less than 10 (my dick decides)
10 min massage of the dong and nads
hot shower and wrap for ADS-off to work

P.M.
4- 15 min sets SD using same weight as A.M. sets (it’s all up to elvis)
2-15 min sets SO using a pulley rig same weight pratice
10 min massage and apply compression wrap to be worn for at least 1 hr.

After youv’e been hanging for a while, a sure sign that your pulling on the inner penis- is if you sneeze or cough real hard. You’ll feel it deep inside your pelvic area.

Hmm, according to what you are describing, im stretching my skin and not stretching my ligs that much if any at all, some day I hang for 2-4 hours while working at home. Is this a sign to increase my wieght? It seems like my time hanging is adequate, fatigue is very hard to come by, also you increase wieght into your hanging session, as oppose to decrease wieght, I been doing the opposite…

SD-straight down or EOCSD - edge of chair straight down
SO- straight out- usually with the aid of a pulley setup or over the back of a chair

Remember, that skin has got to stretch before you can stretch the internal’s. That’s why beginning hangers are always advised to go slow, conditioning the weiner as you go. The increase in weight is done gradually and then somewhere in the session the weight is lowered back down. Once you have stretched the internals, there is really no need to hang the heavier weights. By going up gradually, to the point of just where it starts to become uncomfortable- you then can go back down to the lower weight’s. The lower weights are more than enough to keep the tension on the internals- a steady firm stretch as it may be. The increase in weight, can only be determined by you. Try to find some of the other hangers routines here. You will begin to realize, we are all different-yet all alike. The technique used to achieve your goals will be a collective routine, determined by you. Read about ADS (all day stretch), this is a beneficial tool used after hanging. Keep the squeeze’s and jelqing for bloodflow only-if you are going for length first. Hope this helps.

Yes it sure does, love how the word “weiner” is mentioned…lol, yeah I have to modify my POS JES extender so I can actually use it, but great tip about the lower/more weight stategy, and EOCSD sounds like a very technical term for me :D .
