Clean slate.

Due to the 2 year long hiatus being way to long for me to use previous stats as a basis, I’m going to start over. I never really did do PE THAT seriously anyways, gonna go hardcore now.

Just as a refresher, 1 month newbie routine before I start stuff like Uli’s and such right? Or should I go more like 2-3 months?

I am guessing everyone is going to advise atleast three months on the newbie routine. Remember, it’s best to go slow with this stuff.

I would suggest between 6-8 weeks on newbie then changed little bit till you reach hardcore
