Can these kegels be any type?

I’ve been thinking about doing erect kegels instead of flaccid ones, only because I enjoy seeing the movement.

It makes me feel like I’m definitely doing it right.

If I do kegels while wearing black socks is it more effective than doing kegels while wearing white socks?
