You can find them at places like Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Lowes. Do a search for "Cable AND Clamp" to find more threads on the subject.

richard, Hobby makes a good point that I should have mentioned. It is not wise to perform Ulis (manually or extreme) until you have conditioned your dick to the stresses. Start out with a good jelqing routine instead.
