I have been jelqing for a month and I havent made any gains.. I was wondering if its ok to start clamping lightly because I find it creates a lot of engorgement?

Success takes time and consistency. It is recommended by most that you stick with a consistent routine for three months before deciding if it is or isn’t working.

Going straight to an extreme exercise like clamping is dangerous and if it doesn’t injure you immediately it will likely toughen the tissues and remove the chances of safer and possibly more effective exercises working for you in the future.

I would stick to a consistent jelqing routine for another two months and then re-evaluate. :)

I am assuming you are doing 2 days on 1 off as that is what is outlined in the routine. If that is what you have been doing then keep doing that. Just watch for any indications that you are over training.

Ok cause I tried stretching for 2 weeks and it brought my EQ down so I’m going back to jelqing only

That’s good. PE should be effective and healthy. There is no good reason EQ should suffer while doing PE.

Also, there is no reason sentences shouldn’t end with proper punctuation. ;)

Can I start jelqing right away again? Cause that will help EQ come back right?

Effective and careful jelqing should improve your EQ. Maybe give us a little more information. How bad is the decrease in EQ? Can you still get erect? Has it improved since you quit stretching?

It was really bad to the point where I couldn’t get hard and it would hurt when I would have sex or get hard.. Since quitting stretching 2 days ago I am now getting semierect boners that are a bit less painful, but I have still jelqed yesterday and it seemed to have helped

In that case, definitely proceed with all caution. Pain is never a good sign. Maybe lay off all exercises for a while -at least until there’s no more pain. Maybe gentle massage and heat for a few days, but no rough stuff.

Probably a good idea to throw in some rest days. On 2 off 1, for example.

And be gentle. You only get one dick.

Either you’re stretching too hard or your grip is too hard is my guess.
I found extending and hanging both improved my EQ.

Maybe take a look at your technique ?

Do you guys think I can jelq everyday if I have positive PIs?
