Clamping

For you experience guys out there what should my routen be for clamping since I’m a newbie at it. An I’m getting bad EQ over it. Think I’m doing to much. I started of 10 minute every day then when my EQ went down I went to one day on one day off. With ten minutes of jelqing done to witch I do pretty much everyday. Like the clamping I get awesome girth from it. But I just can’t get a good erection no more now.

10 is way too much. That’s double the time I clamp. 5 is the max I clamp for.

Goal: 8.5"BPEL - 8.0"NBPEL - 6"+EG

Dangalang”. ,Well how many sets you do of 5 minute per day? An do you take days off from it?

I do only one set per day. I also incorporate clamped bends, which I would not recommend for beginners. I don’t have scheduled “off” days, and choose to do my clamping in the morning hours. It will greatly affect EQ if overdone.

Take it slow, and work your way up. I wouldn’t tell anyone how to do their routine, as each person differs. Find what works best for you. Best of luck bro.

Looking forward to clamping more than anything. Not going to rush it though. I know proper conditioning is required. Still can’t wait though!! From what I have read 8 months to a year I will be ready.

Any advice on padding for clamping? Thanks.

Wash rags work well. An padded weather stripping with sticky side to it. Cut an stick around inside of you’re clamp works well.

I never thought of a padded weather strip, I’ll cut some and stick around the inside of a clamp and try it out, thanks for your advice :)

You’re welcome as well, Wall mart carries it you say, and it comes in a roll about a half an inch thick, well there are no Wall marts here but I’ll keep my eyes open for it.

koko107, start low and watch you PIs carefully when clamping. You just may not be ready YET. In my case, I tried clamping for 10 minutes, 1 set at 4 months and it killed my EQ, which took 2 weeks to recover. I tried clamping again after 8-9 months with 2-3 sets of 5-6 minutes and it killed my EQ again. After 19 months, I tried clamping again, initially 5 minutes/2-4 sets and woke up with great erections. When I have time, 8 minutes seems to be a good set for me and I’ve done up to 5 sets twice a day with only positive response.

I’ve been using the loose end of my rice sock folded in half. It seems to work fine for me.
