Clamping
For you experience guys out there what should my routen be for clamping since I’m a newbie at it. An I’m getting bad EQ over it. Think I’m doing to much. I started of 10 minute every day then when my EQ went down I went to one day on one day off. With ten minutes of jelqing done to witch I do pretty much everyday. Like the clamping I get awesome girth from it. But I just can’t get a good erection no more now.
