Please don’t be thinking of starting clamping until you’ve had at least 3 months of the newbie routine under your belt. ( And then only very cautiously!) Clamping in an advanced exercise and is definitely not recommended for newbies!!! Do Exercises using your hands only until you’re properly conditioned.
