Anyone out there clamping looking into it would like some tips and help.

Note that it will rapidly condition your penis to such high levels of pressure that you will never be able to get any results from ‘normal pressure’ PE exercises, and you should understand that your ultimate potential for gains/size is greatly reduced by starting to clamp before you have exhausted gains from every other method.

Also bear in mind that clamping causes far more, and worse, injuries than any other form of PE. Unless you have at least three months conditioning (and learning to feel exactly what is happening), it simply is not worth the risk.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
