Clamping
Could someone please explain what clamping is and where to get one?? Thanks!

Hello ksun83. Clamping is an excercise foremost for girth. You can find good links at the bottom of this very same page.
Clamping is for advanced PEers, because is the most dangerous of PE techniques and for other reasons. If you never did PE before, you should start with the newbie routine - you can find the newbie routine in the newbie forum.
