Clamping
Unfortunately I haven’t been as serious with PE as I should be. I do manual stretches fairly often, but I rarely jelq. Tonight I tried clamping, and I think I’m going to have to throw the cable clamps I got out.
Why? Because it’s pretty addictive. I haven’t been getting 100% erections lately, and putting the clamp on not only made it look bigger.. But everything of course feels so much better when you have that extra hardness.
Is it bad if I keep up with the clamping this early in my PE career? I’ve been doing it for about 5-10 minutes at a time. I got some light discoloration (reddish) from the first set, but it went away after a couple hours.. So apparently nothing to be too concerned about.
Does anyone out there do a stretch/clamp routine without jelqs? Is it effective?
