Clamping

When is a good time to start clamping? Do you need to wait till you have completed the newbie routine or can you start before that?

What is the difference clamping on the base of the shaft or behind the balls? If you clamp do you need to still jelq to get good girth gains?

Put clamping off as long as you can. If you are gaining with the newbie routine, keep doing it.

Clamping and other advanced shit is better done after you become more familiar with what your cock can handle and what it can’t. The conditioning we talk about with the newbie routine is 95% mental. The advanced stuff is a hell of a lot easier to fuck yourself up with, if you don’t really know what you are doing.

I agree with what Thunder has stated above. If you for some reason want to start clamping anyway, wait at least until you have done the newbie routine for 3 consistent months.

Yeah! I agree with Thunder and Bird2. Wait until you complete the newbie for the 3 months, but like Thunder stated, if you are gaining, don’t change your routine even after the 3 months, milk the routine for what its worth. Also, if start clamping right away, you may stop gaining for a while. Just continue what you are doing and be patient.
