clamping?

I have been reading a lot about clamping the past few days. I understand the concept and the clamp itself. But, I am not sure what is being done? Can someone give me a quick rundown. Thanks for your time.

Clamping basically restricts the outflow of blood from the penis while still allowing some inflow. As such it is possible to achieve an erection volume higher than normal because the tissues of the penis are forced to expand by the blood pressure. This increased volume is easily noticed by the girth expansion that takes place.

I love clamping. Its easy to do and has given me excellent results in a short period of time.

BUT (there is always a but), I would consider it an advanced exercise and as such you should use extreme caution when clamping. If you are going to try it (after all I can’t physically stop you) keep your sessions short (5 minutes) until your member becomes accustomed to the intense work load.

Thanks for the reply. That was just the way I was picturing it in my head. I don’t think I will be doing any clamping anytime soon. I am working on one of the newbie routines now. And I would like to start hanging in a few weeks. With my work. I am going to be able to hang 1-3 hours a day. Most days of the week. So, I am going to take it relay slow. Start at 2.5lbs, and stay there until I stop getting gains. I am going to try to get the most out of the weight before I go up. Why go to 5lbs if I can gain from 2.5lbs. I am ready for this to be a long road. I seem to be starting rite when you were Andrew69. And I would love to get the same start that you have. I am working on a full rite up. About my thoughts, theories and the steps I am going to take to get to my goal. I hope to post sometime soon.

just my $.02 : i upgrade the weight gradually on timing (ToshTiming ;) ), for example ; here is a sample routine

4 sets 15 min
(normal hanging day, with 10 min breaks in between, warming your dick each break, of course)
1. .5 kg 15 min
2. 1 kg 15 min
3. 1.5kg 15 min
4. 2.0kg 15 min

next day
(upgrade weights day,with 10 min breaks in between, warming your dick each break, of course)
1.- .5 kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min (1kg)
2. 1 kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min (1.5kg)
3. 1.5kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min ((2kg)
4. 2.0kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min (2.5kg)

next day
(upgrade weights day, with 10 min breaks in between, warming your dick each break, of course)
1.- .5 kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10 min (1kg)
2. 1 kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10 min (1.5kg)
3. 1.5kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10min ((2kg)
4. 2.0kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10 min (2.5kg)

next day

1.- 1 kg 15 min
2. 1.5 kg 15 min
3. 2.0kg 15 min
4. 2.5kg 15 min

It just a 3 day sample routine, you can upgrade this way in a week instead of 3 days, so your dick get used to the next weight. (1 week hanging x weight, next week upgrading weights, next week hanging x+.5lb weight, next week upgrading weight..and so you go….) when you get to the heavier weights like 13-16lbs, try the upgrade each 2 weeks, got it?
