I have done manual exercises for three years, I just tried clamping about three sessions now.I get more expansion from manual exercises, but I can’t hold them as long as a cable clamp can, I try to kegel in more blood but it still doesn’t get full out expansion.

Any way for more expansion?

Should I just do bends with the clamp on?

No, do some edging when you are clamped. Bending is bad, way to high risk of injury.
