Clamping, Uli's, Horse440s = no gains. 1 day on 2 days off jelqs = gains.
I shit you not. For the past several months I have been going all out with intense exercises to little or no avail, all the way up to clamping, where I experienced even some possible loss. Finally I sat down and thought about the way my body functions. Every time I have been in a hardcore (muscle) workout routine and got lazy and skipped a week or so, I came back stronger than ever. For some, a week might be too long, which I suppose makes me a “less is more” guy. Assuming my dick works the same way, I switched to a medium intensity jelq and stretch routine for 1 day on 2 off. Voila, .125 in both length and girth in two weeks.
This doesn’t make much sense to me, since my routine is barely any more intense than what I started with as a newbie over a year ago… I guess I shouldn’t complain though!
Here’s my question: I am getting close to the max length I would ever want to gain, and still have a ways to go with girth. Today I hit 7.375x4.625 and the ultimate goal is 7.5x5.5. I am quite content with my length already and want to get a girth ONLY routine going. I really do not want to start bottoming out on girls (I suppose it would be an ego-stroker, but I would definitely rather be pounding than have dull sex and an ego stroke). Also, just aesthetic-wise I would like a proportional dick, and right now mine is rather lopsided.
I gained a little bit of girth (I was originally 4.5), but I have hit 4.6 a few times before and can’t say for sure how permanent my measurement was. On the other hand, I don’t want to fix a non-broken routine. Any ideas on how to get this thing a bit more girth-focused?
10 min warm wrap
5x 30 sec stretches all directions
100 wet jelqs
3x 20 second orange bends (base, shaft, near glans)
100 wet jelqs
10 twisted jelqs
10 min warm wrap.
Not to deviate, but I’ve been adding an experimental stretch at the end of my sessions that may or may not have contributed to my gains but seem to be effective. In a nutshell I hold a straight out stretch, then put on some porn and attempt to jack off while in the stretched state. I slowly reduce the intensity of the stretch until I am 100% erect. I would do that 3 times.
