Ok so I’ll do my regular clamping, and some or Sadsak’s head workout with some upper shaft dry jelqing. I’ll let you all know how it turns out for me in a week or two.

Also, bear in mind that the higher up the shaft you go, the closer you get to nerves and prominent veins, increasing your risk of injury. So if you do clamp up there, do so with utmost care.

I for one will be interested to hear how you get on. I have a similar desire. My MSEG is 5.5”, while from 1” below the head upwards is probably just scraping 5”; like you say, not good.

Otis how about pumping? Get a cylinder your lower half packs, the upper half is what grows out. That and jelqs.

I like this idea. You should try it and get back to us. This is a better idea than just jelqing to even it out in my opinion. Because clamping creates a more even distribution when if you jelqed you could end up with a 6EG just below the glans, 5.5EG at the middle, and a 6EG at the base.

Otis, if you try clamping higher, let me know how it works out. I was interested in clamping at the base, and just under the glands at the same time. Figured I could trap the blood in the shaft that way and maybe get some good girth gains. Let me know how you bat comes out.

Ok so I did my routine a few hours ago and added in some of Sadsak’s theory. While I was clamped (at the base) I did some light Sadsak head builders only I wouldn’t go all the way to the head. I would stop an inch or so before it to really work just the upper part. Basically I was getting good clamping expansion on the whole thing but I was making it so there was more pressure on the head and upper shaft. In between my sets I did some upper shaft dry jelqing to help the process along. After the session my dick looked slightly more bat shaped. Usually it’s the same shape but thicker. This time it had a different shape to it. It’s still early to have any real conclusion but I think this may work. We’ll see in a couple weeks I guess.

Another thing that I’ve been doing since clamping is I push the tip of my head inwards so that it’s not getting any pressure or expansion. By the end of the session my head is much more knobby and blunt. I’ve compared my beginning pictures with my current ones and since I started doing this method my head has become more round.

I’ve never been into pumping that much. I’ve tried it in the past but always felt like it just gave me skin tissue expansion and now muscle growth. I might give it a try though if these other methods don’t seem to work.

One more thing, my routine is to do 2 sets of 10 minute clamping every other day. Is this a good amount for someone who has been PEing for over a year and has started clamping only about one or two months ago. I feel like my gains are really slow and that if I work it any harder that I’ll over work it. I try to do some small jelqing and wearing a cock ring through out the day to keep it plump while it heals. What do you guys think?

Ok so here’s my update:

I tried the Sadsak technique while clamped and did some dry jelqing in between clamping sets. I only did it for a little while though. I realized that I want to focus on my overall size before I start worrying about the shape of it. I can say though that after my sessions that it did have a very different shape compared to my routine without the Sadsak technique and the extra dry jelqing. I’m pretty sure that if someone kept up with this routine they would have a more permanent baseball bat shape. Because I only did it for a few days, the results faded off after returning to my normal routine.

I can say that I have been altering the shape of my head while clamping for the past few months and I have seen a difference in the shape of my head because of it.
