I been clamping for almost a month now. When I measure clamped I get .25 expansion but I dont turn purple like some of these guys on here and think I can get more expansion but dont know how to go about it. It hard to get the last click on the clamps. I double clamp right now would adding a 3rd cable clamp give me more expansion. I want to maximize gains in the shortest amount of time by doing things effectively and getting the most out of every exercise.
