Hello guyes,

I am starting with clamping sessions and have two questions:

1) for beginning there are recommended 3 sessions with 5-10mins per sesssion - in which periods should I split them? Morning, noon and evening? Or just one after the other?

2) do I need to do the warm up also before doing these sessions?

1) One after the other to effectively build on each session’s expansion. 5 minute rests inbetween to jelq fresh blood in..

2) The majority answer would be yes, warm up but it’s not 100% essential.
