Clamping preventing length.
We have all read Big Girtha’s thread “CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know”
He made a statement in that thread saying that clamping might prevent you from gaining length. I was wandering in the light of people finding length gains through clamping if the general opinion of this has changed. Perhaps even the opinion of Big Girtha himself? If not, the proposed mechanism behind clamping preventing length gains.
I am currently doing a clamping and hanging routine and hope to gain both girth and length. I do 3X15min clamp sets in the morning and 4X20min hanging sets in the evening.
