We have all read Big Girtha’s thread “CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know”

He made a statement in that thread saying that clamping might prevent you from gaining length. I was wandering in the light of people finding length gains through clamping if the general opinion of this has changed. Perhaps even the opinion of Big Girtha himself? If not, the proposed mechanism behind clamping preventing length gains.

I am currently doing a clamping and hanging routine and hope to gain both girth and length. I do 3X15min clamp sets in the morning and 4X20min hanging sets in the evening.

Some people may gain length by clamping while some maynot. There could be a general consensus here that clamping hinders length gains. I beg to differ.

I’m not trying to gain from clamping alone, I’m wandering if it’s pointless to hang since I’m also clamping. Does anyone out there hang and clamp? If so what have your results been?

Clamp in the morning and then jack off and hang at night, or just hang.

Aristocane. Don’t take his claims for granted, there is a lot of suspicion about his claims.

Don’t worry that clamping prevents length gains, there are plenty of guys who have proven the opposite.

I clamped and pumped for a few weeks and liked it ok.

I hung and pumped for a few weeks and didnt like it.

I am clamping (now with 2 clamps) and hanging and pumping and am loving it.

Plus the results stay longer too, which has got to mean that they will start causing growth instead of sustained swelling.

I kept my results usually part of the next day. (I pe at night before bed)

They are staying well over 2 days now before it goes back to normal.

I did a check to see how long the result stays each time I try a new routine.

The new routine I am going to stay with.

It seems to be the best for me.

Many people take deconditioning breaks, I just take breaks from certain exercises. This summer I only clamped and did have some great length gains. Now that I have tons of time again I also do manual stretches and I feel with the months of PE behind me my gains have never halted.

I am one of those guys. I do the newbie and Clamp. I started at 6.875 bpel and am at, well I measured days age and couldn’t keep a good erection, but I am just a little over 7.375. I think it depends on how you clamp if you will grow in length.

Sorry dude, you will just have to take my word for it. I’m like a lot of the other guys around here. I just will not post a photo of myself even if you can’t see my face. Sorry, that’s just me. Ask Bib to post a photo, he will not do it. I also work for a big company and I am in charge of people and if for some reason I was to be exposed, it could possibly ruin my career. There are PEer’s in my home town, mravg is one of them. Too much to risk, I hope and know you can respect that.

I still wonder if clamping prevents length gains. I have to do maintenance exercises to keep my length gains since I now do serious clamping since 5 months (with good results). I have even lost some length but nothing serious (like 0.2-0.3”).

Anyone with the same experience?
