I have been doing the newbie routine since November and I was wondering if I should increase the intensity. I feel that my penis is conditioned enough.

I am interested increasing my EBPL and EG. I wish to increase them both at the same time and was thinking of doing clamping and ads routine.

However I feel this is the wrong ways to go about this. Please recommend how to gain length and girth for a whole pe career.

Not sure if I should do ads first until length gains are achieved or clamp first. Maybe even do both in a routine.

Feel free to share advice and opinions. Also I have a high lot so through bib’s theory low stretching and hanging can give me gains.

In my opinion it is not time for you to increase intensity by doing clamping. Clamping is an advance exercise and you pretty much still a newbie. Consider doing Uli and other girth exercise before clamping.

But I think you should focus on length first. As it has been mentioned here many times it is more difficult to stretch a 6” EG penis than a 5” one.
It should be all right to add an ads to your routine.

About the LOT theory, it is highly disregarded these days.
Maybe a simple test to see if you have lots of lig gains potential. Get an erection- 100% if you can, then try to push your penis straight down. Is the resistance high or low against the push?
