Clamping newbie.

Clamping newbie.

I have been PEing for over 8 months now and i am enjoying the length but am lacking in girth.

So i read Big girtha’s guide to clamping. I started doing the three ten minute reps. Should this be all i do to since I’m only new to clamping and should take it easy? Should i add some stretches and dry jelqs in there too?

1.4 in 8 months? Nice! Which routine did you follow?

I would assume as new to clamping you should use less than 3x10minutes but if you have already done it for a while without incident I don’t see the harm in continuing.

Yeah! What’s your routine?

Ease yourself into it. If you’ve been doing jelqing for 8 months it should be no problem. BG said never he didn’t need to go longer than 10 minutes I think, but others suggest more.

Just the newbie routine after a couple of months i threw in some inverted stretches and some other advanced stretching but that’s about it..
