Clamping gains

I’ve been pe’ing consistently for about 4 months now, just sticking with the basics (20 mins stretching and 30 mins jelq), and haven’t seen much for gains, maybe .5” length and 0” girth, which is my main concern. I think I am going to give clamping a try, inorder to kick start some girth gains hopefully. I’m planning on starting with 3 sets of 5 minute clamps and easing my way up to 10 minute sets. I’m just kinda looking for some experiences/gains with clamping alone. My goal is 7.5x5.5 bp by summer, currently at 7.5x5”. If anyone has some success stories to share, that would be great :)

Your lenght gains are OK, but have you checked your LOT?

Whats is your routine? Girth is difficult to win somehing, but 0?

Clamping is not bad idea after 4 months.

I´ve PEing for 4 months too.

Lenght Gains= 0.5”
Girth Gains= 0.2”

And Im happy with that, now im improving my routine and i think more gains are coming and easy.

I take proteins and vitamine E.


Start: 15,5 x 13,2 cm

Now : 16,5 x 13,6 cm

I’ve been clamping for about 6 weeks now, with occational jelqing, about twice a week.
I’ve been clamping 5 days a week.

What funny is that while this should lead to girth gains, I’ve only gained length!!

So, while my girth is still at 5.5 inches, my length as of yesterday’s measurement, is now 7.75 inches!!

7.75 was my goal in length. Yay!!

Now if I could just get that additional 3/4 inch gain in girth, I’d be right where I wanna be!!

Honestly, what I printed above IS my routine. I don’t stretch or even do Kegels.

I have been using the small cable clamps, two, and sometimes three. Hurts like hell..

That’s it.

A year and a 3/4 of Jelqing, two days on two days off, and then clamping and jelqing for the
past 6 or so weeks.

While my most effective routines have been a combination dry jelqing and clamping, I’d attribute most of my girth gains to clamping.
