What is a good suitable clamping workout for improved erections?

In all honesty jelqing has given me better erections. If you are going to clamp I would start out with 5 min on and see how you react. Next day if everything is okie doke do a few sets of 5 min each set.

Others may have a different opinion but be careful cutting off the blood supply to your head. If it starts getting numb, release the clamp immediately
