Clamping for girth, newbie questions

I don’t feel any tingling or numbing after ten minutes. I masturbate/edge the whole time. Can I just keep going?

How many sets should I do?

Should I jelq and then clamp, or is clamping alone good enough for girth gains?

Would jelqing act like a warm-up and allow for a greater engorgement when clamped?


Not sure about your last questions, but seems to me it would be better to add more sets as opposed to adding more time.

Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"

Have you done a previous routine before this is the first question that come to my mind? As for how many and how long, just stick with 2-3 sets in the beginning(this is if you have been doing a PE routine consistently before this), and keep it at 10 minutes. I am doing 13 minutes now after many months of conditioning, but I would say don’t go longer than 15 minutes due to cloths.

When you are properly conditioned, jelqing and clamping would be quite good indeed, at least it seems that it is working for me(slowly, but still).

Current(07/02/2011) 7.60" BPEL 4.75" EG

Goal 8.5" NBPEL 6.5" EG
