Clamping duration,.. variations


I clamp for 3x10minutes for now.. Started clamping in early january.

Now, is this clamping time optimal? Or is it equally good to do 2x15? Or,.. perhaps add more sets?
What time does give your results?

2x10 minutes has given me ideal results. Note that I did other girth exercises too like Ulis and horses. Do a search for my girth routine for more information.

Timed clamping don’t work for me. I clamp and really pay attention to any negatives such as discoloration and coldness then removed immediately. Never exceeds 10 minutes. Also, do moderate jelq and squeezes for about 5 to 10 minutes in between before clamping again. Sometimes I do 4 sets sometimes just 1. It really depends on the indicators.
