Clamping combined with what?

I have been doing stretching and jelqing exercises for almost one year now and it has paid off well. About 3 cm EL gain.

I have just this week completely changed my routine and starting clamping (ordered cable clamps from here: ) with a routine of 3 X 10 minutes. No problems so far. The clamping is quite intensive but I heal quickly. My idea is to do this routine 5 days a week and then have 2 days off and when I feel I am ready, I will add more 10 minutes sessions.

However, I feel almost a lack of other exercises, like I really can do more. I have been doing the newbie stretching routine, added on the V-stretch, jelqed at least 15 minutes every day I did the exercise (with low erection to focus on length gain). My primary focus now is girth and I wonder if there are exercises I can combine with clamping for perhaps even more progress in EG?

Seems like I got addicted…abstinence? ;)

Well when you first start clamping your supposed to wait a while again til your penis is used to the pressure and then you could jelq while being clamped or other stuff

Find the page that tells you everything about clamping and read up on that.

Just because you feel that you could handle more exercise doesn’t mean that you necessarily should :)

In my opinion you should stick to the 3x10 minute clamping routine for at least a month. If you’re used to spending more time on PE, just enjoy the freedom you now have! I bet that after a month, you’ll be starting to see some new girth gains. Don’t worry about adding anything more until you feel your gains from simple clamping are drying up. Something simple you could add later, if you needed to, would be low-pressure pumping after your clamping sessions. Some guys think this helps cement the expansion they get through clamping.

I tried a little jelq while being clamped but that felt very intensive. Almost dangerous but perhaps I should not use the very firm grip I did before. Wet jelq is a must I guess as I cannot move the foreskin.

I did read some of that huge clamping thread (Clamping, everything you wanted to know) but my God, how many pages are there? Almost like a medium sized book so I guess I got a bit lazy creating this post ;) .

I think it is true. I feel I can and my personality is a bit impatience. But yes, I feel freedom from the tiring jeqling and stretching process. I sometimes got sick and tired from it and my thumbs are now happy!

I will stick with 3 X 10 minutes as you say in a month or two and see the result of that before moving on. Low-pressure pumping after clamping sounds intuitively right but I guess you should be a bit careful.

C’mon Steelfire, you know better than this. It will take you about a month to perfect the clamping pressure/duration that’s right for you anyway. It is an intense exercise unlike anything manual you may have done up to now.

I’ve been clamping for years and I don’t combine it with anything, any manual work is done strictly out of the clamp on off days so as not to exhaust my penis - besides I need to be at peak performance most days in the sack with the missus. :)

If you’re not having regular sex at the moment, the option is more open to fully exhaust your unit and recover.

Yes it is definitely more intensive than anything else I have tried so far. I feel a bit restless during the clamping sessions as I don’t do anything (but from playing golf on my cell phone on the toilet), making me feel a bit useless I guess =).

I know you are a very experienced clamper and I aim to be as well. Perfecting clamping seems a bit easier than perfecting stretching and jelqing and I think I have found my method already, clamping off really hard. But as I do have regular sex (about 2 times in a week), I wish to not fully exhaust and recover if that has too much impact.
