Clamping at 40 - 60 percent erect

Clamping at 40 or 60% erect and jelqing is that an effective way to jelq? Or should the clamping be replaced with the ok grip at the shaft?

Clamping is an advanced exercise. If you have not done PE before then it might be best to condition your unit with the newbie routine for a maonth or so . Some guys have found that early clamping leads to loss of erection and a cold penis through over training. . So if you want to clamp keep an eye open for any slackening of your unit.

Just to add to petitfaun’s warning; I waited to start clamping until 5 or 6 months into my PE career. Within two weeks, I had an injury that took me 2-3 months to recover from fully.

I’ve seen a lot of postings from new members lately about possible injuries. Don’t be one of them…

Jeez! Now I’m afraid to even try clamping. Caution is always a must I guess.

i clamped 3 times so far and two times i got a black spot…..so for me,back to jelqs…or very little clamping,4-5 min
