I know that it is recommended that you do not clamp for more than 10 minutes at a time: Is it recommended or OK to stretch for 10-20 minutes then clamp for 10 minutes and continue for an hour or so?
You’re talking about super-setting clamping with hanging and you’re telling us that you’re a newbie? That would be a pretty extreme move. Have you tried clamping at all yet?
From what I read, you want to hang 10-20, rest X, clamp 10, rest X, hang 10-20, rest X, clamp 10…
If you have been clamping (and clamping properly) as a newbie, you should see just how dangerous it could potentially be. Consider how many members have posted about thrombose veins and lymph vessels not to mention the negative impact of over training as a vet, never mind a newbie. Personally, I don’t even combine manual stretches with clamping. I clamp in the evening and stretch in the morning. Between clamping sets I will do moderate intensity dry jelqs. Any attempts at manual stretches between clamping sets (even waiting 10 minutes after a clamp set) would certainly be over training for me personally.
I can’t speak for everyone.. or for anyone either than myself, but I’d say hanging and clamping aren’t something to be combined without sufficient PE experience. If you have to ask whether or not your dick can handle something, chances are it can’t.
I’m getting that you haven’t even clamped at all yet. If this is the case, start clamping and get your junk used to it before you even consider upping the ante.
