Clamping and Hanging
I have begun PE not that long ago and it is hard for me to keep an erection while jelqing. My hand also gets fatigue while stretching. For the last time last week, I began stretching with a 5lb weight for about 20 minutes. That seems to work a little bit better for me than the manual stretches. I know that it is recommended that you do not clamp for more than 10 minutes at a time: Is it recommended or OK to stretch for 10-20 minutes then clamp for 10 minutes and continue for an hour or so?
