"Clamp" and stretch without gadgets
I just though I would share this technique that I use. It may not be original - there is nothing new under the Sun, but here goes:
Wait until at least half erect, but this is best when not fully erect.
Take the base of the penis as close to the pubic bone as possible in an overhand OK grip. Squeeze tightly - but not enough to hurt - until tension can be applied without slipping and without stretching the skin.
Pull downwards and outwards until a strong but comfortable tension that can be maintained is reached. Keep the grip as close to the bone as possible. Hold this as long as possible up to 5 minutes, then change hands and repeat. I think changing hands is important to alternate the stretch on the ligaments.
The stretching effect works to both stretch the base of the penis and also the suspensory ligaments, the latter allowing more penis to extend. The clamping with the OK grip of course has the same effect as a tight cock ring or a clamp, constricting the return flow of blood, resulting in the penis becoming tightly engorged, swelling up and enlarging the blood vessels.
The end result should be increase in both length and girth in one exercise - without equipment! I do alternate this with jelqing, but make sure I take every 3rd day off for recovery. So far over 2 months I have had slight but noticeable gains
