Clamp and Hanging

Hello everyone I m doing a routine that involves jelq clamps and hanging , It is Okey ? I mean can I do clamping and hanging in the same routine ? Or it is bad for my dick.

Clamping and hanging have many pluses, but they are very stressful to the penis. Have you been doing PE regularly? Only when properly conditioned should you consider either… let alone both. If you are adding both at once, perhaps just try one, and then add a second at a later date.

For me personally I don’t See clamping and hanging is a any where near good idea together, but separately it’s okay, But it will be stressful for you penis, And maybe you won’t have much erection after that until you give it time to rest.

Would it be okey to do Clamp at the morning and Hang at night , there would be several hours of separation.

No one can ever answer you, Face reality you have to try it, And check if it suite you, I personally Clamp sometimes for 2 3 hours, 10 15 minutes Sets,

And I still have normal erection, Check it if it suite you continue if you don’t see good erection, It doesn’t mean you have erection dysfunction but it means your penis is exhausted, Be careful
