@Iamuru: Well I’m not really looking to achieve a certain size, I’d just like to have it a bit chubbier. Or maybe I’m just curios as to whether PE would actually work for me..

As for the ex girl thing.. Well I did sort of figure out how things regarding that work over the years, but the idea of what she said got stuck in my mind and was stuck for a long time. It’s nice to know she was wrong though. However,it is how you use it at the end of the story.. No girth nor length can substitute that.

Used to be a higher % of guys getting into PE for that reason back in the early days. That was why I started. I never had any “issues” about my pee-pee. The adds for gaining “2 inches in 2 weeks!!” were obviously a farce. But when I started reading about jelqing and stretching I couldn’t stop giggling. It was exactly the kind of crazy, esoteric, mind/body thing that I had to try out.

Yeah,that should really be the main reason. I mean,there will always be penises that are smaller and penises that are bigger than yours,so why not be satisfied with what you have,but still try it before you knock it. Yeah,tell me about them ads.. But PE as described here really does make sense and I believe it will make changes as well.

I have one question on behalf adding clamping to the suggested linear routine. Clamping really seems like a good exercise to add some extra girth, but let’s say it’s done manually, so not with any devices, just as an addition to the regular jelqing sessions. How much clamping would one add to start off with?

Welcome aboard. You have a substantial tool with a desire for modest gains. Perhaps you need to look in the mirror and come to the realization that your dick is already a really nice dick. Sometimes it helps to have guys tell you you have a nice dick as women tend to fuck with our perception of it. Some have Satan running through their veins and others just don’t realize what they are saying when they tell us something negative about our dick or love making abilities. Yeah thats pretty monstrous there my friend. I wish I was at 5.7 girth. If I could get to 5.7 girth overnight with no other gains ever again or gain 6.5 over the course of a year I would take the immediate 5.7 and be done with PE forever.

As far as what my routine is looking like, the linear routine is really working well, mostly cause I go by the ”less is more” philosophy, but way more than one would expect. For several reasons I’m actually back down at doing only 20 jelqs per workout for now (I approx increase it after 5-6 workouts by 10 reps) and it is going really good. I don’t think I’m under-trained, because IMO you have to make low plateaus so you can break them more easily. I also added some running and boxing on my days off to keep the testosterone going and added a kind of different way of warming up,which I’ll make a topic about later on, because it’s working MUCH better than the towel or the rice sock.
