Hello. I thought I would publish my routine on here.

Warm up

10 minutes heat

Manual Stretches

20 mins of UP, DOWN, LEFT & RIGHT -hold for 25-30 seconds.

Hanging with a ADS silicone sleeve

2x 45 minutes (hour and half total) sets at 6.6lbs

Jelqing

30 minutes of wet jelqing. (Really finding it difficult to stay erect!!)

So, that is my routine. Any thoughts? Is it too much or too little? Will I see gains within the first three months?

Are you just starting a PE routine? If so, this is way too much. The sites Newbie Routine would be a better place to start. With this routine, you’ll see results slower and possibly just burn out your dick early.


Start 11/20/16 ====> 5.75" BPEL/ 4.5" EG. 1/19/17====> 6.625" BPEL/ 4.75" EG. 11/24/17====> 6.75" BPEL/ 4.75" EG.

That’s way overworking your penis for a newbie. The hanging shouldn’t be introduced until you have strengthened your penis to handle such a load. You are likely going to injure yourself. The time limits you describe are way too long. Stretching should be no more than 5 minutes and jelqing 10, or about 200- 3 second strokes.

Yeah James is right you’ll overwork it too early and “harden” those muscles so they won’t really gain.

Like James said not only is hanging too much right now but that’s like double the weight of what a hanging newbie would even start at. Normally 2.5 lbs to start. Just do the newbie routine for 90 days or even more. Try a 2 on 1 off routine and just be sure to have common sense you only get 1 penis and it is not a race.

+1… way, way too much! I’m surprised it hasn’t fallen off yet.

Even if your penis survives the onslaught, you will have nowhere to go with your routine when your gains stall.

You will also over condition your penis, making future gains near impossible.

Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

I did PE last year for 3 months. But I had to stop. I got upto hanging with 10lbs!

What gains have you seen? Because that routine is probably too much for me and most veterans here…


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

This is a super advanced routine there is nothing newbie about it.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I find that strange that this is too much for a vet. 6.6lbs isnt that much tbh.

As fir jelqing. I am only getting 300 strokes in 30 mins. Every 5 mins I am trying to get back erect.

That’s it. I had to work up to this for over 6 months.

Wait a minute. Your gains have come from 20 x 30 second stretches and 30 slow wet jelqs? WTF. That’s no stress at all on your penis.

Your girth has not changed at all?

I looked back on my starting routine:
1 set of 30 second stretches in all directions.
1 set of 20 jelqs.

After approx 4 months:
2 sets of 30 second stretches in all directions.
1 set of 200 jelqs.

I’m still doing the same routine, except it is broken up with 2 X 20 minute pump sets.

Even if you hadn’t had a break, after 3 months, you should still be on a newbie routine. Now you’ve had a break, you should be starting at the beginning again.

LOL it may not be stress to YOUR penis but it is to mine. No change in girth although I just started doing my jelqs Wet. I used to do them dry. But I was sure not to do things too hard too soon so I am making great progress with my light routine. I started with just 5 stretches and 20 jelqs in the very beginning. I’m not really focusing on girth so I don’t increase jelqs at all. When I do decide to do girth I will stop increasing stretches and only increase jelqs. It may be because I have been in a calorie deficit the entire time so I’m not able to recover as fast (which may not be a bad thing) as if I was eating more. My routine looks lazy but it is effective for me so I’m happy with it. I can’t do more without experiencing negative PIs. I bet you’d get a kick out of how light my stretches are too. I pull just enough to reach max length. I don’t put any force into them at all.
