I forgot to add that my schedule is mostly mon, wed, and Fri. 1 day on 1 off.

I’m normally a low number jelqer too. I’ll do like 25 before the pump and 25 in between ending it with a hot shower with a cock ring on.

15 mins of UP, DOWN, LEFT & RIGHT -hold for 25-30 seconds.

Jelqing

15 minutes of wet jelqing.

Can I ask about girth bands and ADS after length / girth work? Should I be wearing these to keep my dick elongated/ expanded?

There is no need for that but I can’t say if it works or not because I’ve never done it.

I have purchased some L Arginine & Yohimbe :D

Do you have your routine anywhere? Your gains are pretty sweet.

Good luck with the magic sauce… haven’t tried the Yohimbe, but the L Arginine seems to have helped my flaccid feel fuller.

At present, I’m having a break from my “magic sauce” for a couple of weeks. I thought it wise to give myself a break from it, let my body remove any accumulation, and also see if not taking it had any noticeable effect on my well being.

When I was taking it, I did notice that 3g seemed to be where the benefits became more visible (fuller flaccid). However, I wasn’t really that worried about the fuller flaccid, as my wife doesn’t really see (want to see :eek: ) me naked.

I was more interested in it for the health/PE benefits, so only took around 2g a day. I know some people take up to 5g a day, or maybe more. I think you maybe better starting off at 1g the first day, see how it affects you, and build yourself up to your 3g. It can upset your stomach (farting chocolate bricks :eek: ), and some have even complained of headaches.

However, I think your 3g is a good number to be aiming for, if your goal is a fuller flaccid. You’ll probably have to experiment a little, since everyone is different. It is also recommend to cycle it… although some believe that you don’t need to… :shrug:
