Sup fellers. As I enter my third month of PE, I am very happy with my success thus far. I have grown 3/8” in length and am super stoked about my new found info. I have been up and down with morning woods since I started. I have modified my manual exercises so that the morning after a session I wake up with a RAGING erection. I was in the shower the other morning, and almost done washing, and my beast was still pulsating. This is 20 minutes after I woke up, and I was not aroused at all. I figured, shit I might as well rub one out, because I didn’t feel like walking around with a huge boner. Even after, it took a good 5-6 minutes for it to go all the way down. Here is the weird part. That was my PE-off day. I woke up the next morning with NO morning wood at all. I have noticed on the days that I don’t PE, the next morning I have no morning wood, but the days that I do PE, the next morning I have a nice hard on. What gives?!?

I wish I could help you man…my EQ is suffering at the moment (Finally here , post #10) and I’m getting worried. :(

I was having morning woods early on. No longer.
Probably the 600 jelqs per session I have been doing were too hardcore for me.

So today I did only 15 mins of jelqing.

Taking it easy might help. Maybe even take a little break.

On the days I don’t jelq my EQ suffers.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

How is your sleep 6SG? Do you get less during the off days because of a super busy tenuous, stressful situation ( work , studies, etc )?

When I changed my routines to directly in the morning or middle of the day I noticed my morning wood was much much better. When I would do my routines at night I wouldn’t wake up with morning wood every time. Sometimes now my morning wood returns while sitting in class, about an hour AFTER I wake up. I just wish the hot Italian girl would help me do something with it ;)

- Perhaps marinera or another one of the Italian speakers here could teach me how to say “You have eyes of beauty” or something similar, even prettier sounding and more emphasizing on the beauty if it is culturally normal to compare eyes to heaven or some sort in Italy. This girl has these green eyes that drive me nuts. The first time I saw them I had that stuck in time feeling. I stumbled and nearly tripped, my jaw fell down a few centimeters, I am certain my eyes dilated and expanded. I just could not believe how sexy she looks.

Have you considered removing rest days altogether? It’s an option. See what kind of EQ and response you have to it. If it becomes too much you can always add them back in.

Also, it could be that masturbating to orgasm the prior day took some of the edge off the morning wood. I know when I go a few days it just seems to be stronger and stronger. Just plain old horniness or lack thereof can also affect the morning wood.

It suggests to me that your routine is stimulating you in a good way, I’ve been experiencing something very similar.

What was your morning wood like before you started PE ?

Why not up the intensity of your workout or remove the rest days until morning wood starts to suffer the next day ? then you can back off a bit and re-adjust your on/off days accordingly.

Sleep may have been compromised once or twice. And about the chick in class, sounds like you gotta get your fuck on. That feeling will pass. Hahahaha!!

Good words of advice here. The only problems is that if I don’t relieve the boys on my days off, I can’t stretch or jelq without getting a full blown hard on. I like the 2 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. Plus I’m married so I can’t really control when she wants to get laid. Hahaha. Gotta take it when you can get it!!! Or else what’s the point of even PEing??

Yes I was thinking that. I am 28, but my morning woods haven’t been the most consistent pre-PE. I actually have tried to up the intensity, and I am right on the spot of where growth is being made. I dont want to change that up, maybe just try the 5 days on 2 days off thing. Either way, I started about 6.5BPEL 2 months ago, and now am at 7BPEL. I struck my first goal in 8 weeks. Holy shit this stuff works!!

Alright dudes, so I tried my first week of 5 on 2 off. Here’s what I noticed. Morning woods have been hit or miss. Other points of EQ have been great. Dick has been thicker all day, easy to keep a hard on, and after sex it stays relatively hard for 3 or 4 minutes. All in all my EQ adds up pretty well, but just can’t really seem to pin down the morning wood situation. I am thinking about easing up on my routine just a hair. What do you guys think?

After another week of 5 on 2 off I have noticed that my girth is increasing. Haven’t noticed anything in the length department for a while, but def getting fatter. Morning woods were there after first rest day, and gone after second, then came back when I started up again. I think I am going to continue with the 5 on 2 off for a while.
