Changing your LOT?

I understand you can lower your lot. But, is there a way to raise your LOT? Thanks for your time.

From what I have been reading. They say the fastest gains for a newbe will come from steching the Ligs. So, you should be able to build it back up. And then break it back down for the fast gains again. Can you work both at the same time? Not at the same time. But same sesion. Or is it better to pick the Ligs or Tunic and work the one?

Divide and conquer. Pick one (according to your LOT) and stick with it until you exhaust all possible gains and then switch.
