Changing up routine.
I am going to be changing my routine slightly to be focusing on assisted A stretch and V stretches. However I would like some advice from some experienced PEers. Because the assisted A stretch and V stretch put heavy strain on the tunica and penis i’ve noticed. Would is be better so maybe perform my stretches in the morning, let me dick heal up a bit, then jelq in the evening? Or should might it be better for gains to just do my whole workout at once.
I’ve gained some doing a basic routine with just some assisted stretches but mostly manual stretches followed by jelqing. Now that My penis is more conditioned i feel i need to do mostly assisted stretches for better results. They can be harder on ur junk though, I know this because I can feel it.
So might i want to split up my workout, or could that be counterproductive?
