changing routine help
I have been doing the newbie routine for about 3-4 months now. I have seen some gains, but not obvious ones. I measure with 3 rulers, a plastic see-through, a usual wooden one, and a rubber bendy one, just to see the differences in length. so i usually have different lengths when i measure. I have a bit of a difficulty on measuring be cause I’m not sure on what part of my fat-pad to start on. I believe that once i drop the weight, I’ll be able to measure better. i have modified the routine.
my routine was
stretch for about 7-10 mins
stretch again, 7-10 mins
This has really worked for me, but I have had some difficulties with the routine in the past, because of laziness. I went through a period in the second month, where i stopped the routine and gave up. This lasted for about two weeks, then i noticed that i was smaller. I was loosing gains. so, i got started again and for the past month i have been fully committed to never never getting off track with the routine.Now i feel like i need something new. Does anyone know what i can do, or has any advice for me? I need a new routine that in corporates jelqing, stretching, and most importantly kegels. I want to put kegels into my routine. i always wanted to do them more, for the advantages in multi-orgasms.
