Changing or Cycling
Im sure this has been discussed but I didn’t find anything on a search.
How often do you vets think you should change your routine? In general in the fitness world routines and goals are altered on a 4-8 week cycle based on experience, season, and genetic ability.
I know lots of PE’ers believe in following a similar pattern. It makes sense to me to change the stimulus fairly regularly. I am about to change from hanging to pumping over the course of the next two weeks.
I am not refering to increasing intensity but rather changing exercises and routines.
