Changing my routine every six weeks
For a little over a week now I have been doing JAI stretches after each time I go to the bathroom, normally between 5 to 10 sets of 15-30 stretches each day. Ihave only been stretching straight out with very positive signs so far. I was thinking of sticking with what’s been working and in 6 weeks or so switching from SO to SD or BTC, then six weeks after that switching to SU, repeat ad infinum until I meet my length goal of going from from 6 in NBP to 7 inches NBPEL. Just curious what you guys think about this?
