Changing head shape during PE

If I were to push the front of my head inwards while doing my PE, would it prohibit gains to the tip?

I was wondering if doing this would make your penis more blunt and rounded at the end?

The reason PE can change the shaft is because of the tunica. It’s strong and resistant, but can be changed with repeated pressure from jelqing. The glans (head) has no tunica, so it acts like a balloon or inflatable rubber item by returning to its original shape after being under pressure. Enlarging or changing the shape of the glans is very difficult to do. I’d say impossible, but someone would bring up Uli and his exercise. I think he was a rare exception.

I have noticed an overall shape change since starting PE. I was just wondering if there was any way to make specific changes on purpose.

Example:

1.) Change a triangular shaped penis into a even penis or a even one into a baseball bat shape.

2.) Change the shape of the head from pointy to round or from a blunt one to a more pointy one.
