Changing a routine
I started PE again on the 5th of July with 2 stretches in 5 directions and 5 minutes of jelqing. I’m now at 5 stretches in all directions and 10 minutes of jelqing. I followed this routine again because it’s the only one I had gained with.
My PI are : Gains (+0.2” with BPEL and +0.5” with BPFSL), bigger flaccid size, and no negative PI. I don’t have increased EQ or more morning woods, actually I stopped having the latter since I started to take medicine a few years ago. I forgot to add that I also started again extending more than a month ago. My question is, should I keep increasing the stretch and jelqing time as I did during the first 5 weeks, or keep it as it is, or even add advanced exercises ?
(My starting BPEL in august 2012 was 5,5”, I’m now at 6,1”)
