Changed my goals
I have decided to aim for 8.5” NBPEL and 6.5” girth and maybe more if I meet that target. My original goals were a bit higher but I will be happy if I at least meet my new goal.
I’ve been doing the newbie routine on and off and haven’t had any measurable gains but it looks healthier and more veiny.
I am thinking of introducing some orange bends to my routine and bending to the right to try and correct the curve to the left as I believe it is because one side is longer than the other.
So I want to gain 1.5” length and 0.5” girth. Any recommended exercises? :)
