I have decided to aim for 8.5” NBPEL and 6.5” girth and maybe more if I meet that target. My original goals were a bit higher but I will be happy if I at least meet my new goal.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine on and off and haven’t had any measurable gains but it looks healthier and more veiny.

I am thinking of introducing some orange bends to my routine and bending to the right to try and correct the curve to the left as I believe it is because one side is longer than the other.

So I want to gain 1.5” length and 0.5” girth. Any recommended exercises? :)

Doing the newbie routine consistent for three months.

…so that you’ll be conditioned for other, often more dangerous PE exercises, but as Bird said, do the newbie routine for three months to start with, and then eventually change your routine.

Doing the newbie routine off and on? I don’t believe anybody will receive gains that way. If you want to gain anything you have to stick with it. Follow the newbie routine to a tee for 3 months straight then like the others have said consider adding more advanced exercises

Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

GL with your gains man :) Im aiming for the same size.

Starting/Present: 7.0 NBPEL x 5.5 EG
