Change of routine
Hey everyone,
I’m a newbie and just joined the forum, this place is awesome. Please I need some advice from the experts. I started PEing in Jan 08 with a basic routine:
5min warmup (hot wrap)
5min stretching
10min jelqing (3-5sec)
5min hot wrap
1 day in/1 day off
BPEL was 6.75” when I started I didn’t measure girth cos I’m only looking for lenght now. Iv noticed a few good PI’s such as increased morning and nite wood but it comes on and off. I measured recently and noticed BPEL was only 6.9” and I’m not sure if this was any hidden gains either.
Should I change my routine cos it’s been 3 months now and a don’t seem to notice much growth?
If so what more should I do to increase lenght?
