Hello guys,

I did manual stretching for about 4-5 months consistently about 18 months ago, was not jelqing. I did not gain anything. I have started the newbie routine now and have been doing it about 4 weeks. No gains yet, maybe a little girth, but no length. When I first start the manual stretching I feel the ligs stretching but now again I don’t feel much tension. I don’t think I seem to respond well to the lig stretching. I would really like erect length gains more than anything else. Do you think I should concentrate on stretching the tunica and jelqing? Do you think I might see a difference with this? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Jelqs makes stretching more effective. 4 weeks is not enough to see gains: stick with it for at lest 2-3 months and if you don’t see gains, than you have to change something.
